The Nintendo Wii console is wonderful and one of its greatest games is called Wii Fit. This video game is fun because it makes exercise so fun and pleasurable that kids of all ages will forget that they are exercising. The Wii Fit is an exercise game consisting of activities using the Wii Balance Board. Training on the Wii Fit is divided into the four categories of yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance games. The Nintendo Wii is one of the most innovative game systems to come along in a very long time.  When a video game system catches on such as the Wii has, it becomes customary to develop and release a line of accessories to try and take full advantage of the technology that has been created.  It is no different for the Wii, and today there are a number of accessories you can buy that will help you get the most from your Wii system.
